1. Everything Here Is Free
Publishing a card on Global Wall of Gratitude costs nothing. Every frame colour, every font and the Star Boost feature are available to everyone at no charge. Nothing is sold on this website, so there is nothing to refund.
2. Voluntary Support
If the wall meant something to you, you may support its running costs through our page on Ko-fi. This is a gift, not a purchase. It buys no feature, no advantage and no placement on the wall, and giving nothing changes nothing about how your card is treated.
3. How Support Is Handled
Ko-fi processes any voluntary support on its own website, under its own terms and privacy policy. We never see or store your card or bank details. Because these contributions are gifts rather than payments for a service, they are not refundable through us; any question about a Ko-fi transaction is handled by Ko-fi.
4. Content Screening
All submissions are screened by an automated content moderation system before publication. If your submission is rejected, you are free to revise it and submit again.
5. Removing a Card
You may ask us to remove your card at any time, for any reason, at: support@globalwallofgratitude.com
