By posting a message on Global Wall of Gratitude, you agree that your submission (photo and text) may be publicly displayed on our website for as long as the service operates.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to submit content on this website. By submitting a post, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Copyright & Content Ownership
You confirm that you own or have all necessary rights and permissions for any photo or text you submit. Global Wall of Gratitude is not liable for copyright infringement resulting from user-submitted content.
4. No Impersonation or False Attribution
You may not falsely claim, state, or imply that a submission was created, authorized, or endorsed by another person - including public figures or celebrities - unless you have that person's genuine authorization to do so.
5. Acceptable Content
Submissions containing offensive, hateful, inappropriate, adult, or illegal content are strictly prohibited. Submissions are screened by an automated content moderation system before publication; in rare cases where automated screening is temporarily unavailable, content may be published and later subject to manual review. We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to any submission that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, applicable law, third-party rights, or the safety and integrity of the platform, at any time and without eligibility for a refund. If you believe your submission was removed in error, contact us within 14 days for review.
6. A Free Service
Global Wall of Gratitude is provided free of charge. There is no fee to publish a card, and no feature of the wall is placed behind a payment. Because nothing is sold, no purchase, price or consumer right of withdrawal arises from your use of this website.
7. Voluntary Support
You may, entirely at your own choice, support the running costs of this website through our page on Ko-fi. Such support is a voluntary gift. It is not a purchase, it buys no feature, advantage or placement on the wall, and it is handled by Ko-fi under their own terms and privacy policy. Voluntary support is not refundable through us.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
This website and its services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Global Wall of Gratitude shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the website or its services.
